Renting For Profit was started to help vacation home owners rent their properties successfully by using proven strategies and systems. In addition, since there is a finite income involved -- I wanted to share my ideas and recommendations for creating additional income through other sources.

I've been renting my own properties in England and Canada for the past 30 years, and at one point owned 6 Ontario cottages that rented profitably. Now that I'm down to one I rent out, and one that I live and work in, my focus is on sharing what I have learned with other owners.

There are many sites where you can list and show off your property. Some will offer advice, however, there are very few that will show you step-by-step how to do it economically, strategically and ultimately successfully. And most of all, this is the only one that can help you create income using your specialized knowledge of your area alongside the rental of your own property.
